Shipping policy

VITO Middle East undertakes standard order processing and shipment of goods to customers in the UAE within 1 to 2 business days from purchase confirmation, provided financial payments have been successfully received as per finance terms.

Deliveries shall be fulfilled via express courier partner UPS with delivery to provided UAE physical addresses within an estimated 1 to 3 general working days from the dispatch date. A specific date or time for deliveries cannot be assured. Additional charges apply if a customer requests specific UPS or any equivalent pickup for added convenience.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate UAE shipment addresses and onsite contacts to assist with delivery and sign for receipt of goods during business operating hours. Redelivery charges may apply for incorrect information resulting in unsuccessful delivery attempts.

VITO Middle East does not bear responsibility for delays associated with inbound UAE Customs clearance procedures, payments/processing applied by third-party logistics providers, or consignee availability to receive goods per the above guidelines. Direct customer complaints regarding shipment or condition of delivered merchandise should be submitted to sales@vito.ae for timely resolution.
