Return & Replacement Policy
At VITO Middle East, we take great pride in delivering the highest quality frying oil filtration systems and testers. Each machine is thoroughly inspected, tested, and verified before it reaches our customers, ensuring reliable performance from day one.
As our systems are manufactured to exacting German standards and rigorously quality-checked, we do not accept general product returns once sold.
However, if you encounter a technical issue with your machine, our team is here to support you. We will promptly assess the situation, and based on the findings, we may:
- Repair the unit,
- Replace the affected part, or
- Provide a replacement machine at no additional cost.
To be eligible for this support:
- Any technical issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
- Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the original invoice date.
