Refund policy

At VITO Middle East, we are committed to providing high-quality machinery and equipment to our customers across the Middle East. If a machine develops a technical issue, our team will promptly assess the situation. Depending on the findings, we will repair the unit, replace the affected part, or, if necessary, provide a replacement machine, at no cost.

To be eligible, issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of the invoice date, and replacement requests can be made within 14 calendar days from the original invoice date. Dealers, resellers, and trade partners can receive troubleshooting assistance as per their contractual agreements.

VITO Middle East's Standard Terms & Conditions (in English) will apply in all cases. This policy is applicable within the UAE, while terms for other GCC/MENA countries may vary. Please contact our customer support team for country-specific assistance.
