The IT person fixing glitches and errors, the one replying to emails after hours, the person prepping print materials before a tradeshow, and the rep standing in a hot kitchen walking a chef through the VITO machine. In the middle of a 45°C Dubai summer, no less. ☀️ We may be small in number, but we show up with big energy, every single day. This award is proof that showing up, doing the work, and caring about what you do still matters. It means we’re on the right path.
