How It Works:
Bring Your Old Unit
Drop off your VITO machine at our office in Dubai (Business Bay).
Make sure it's clean and complete for assessment.
Expert Inspection
Our team will send your unit details to VITO Germany for an official evaluation.
We assess the physical condition, age, and performance of the device.
Each machine is classified as either:
- Category A – Excellent condition
- Category B – Functional but used
- Category C – Heavily worn
Receive Your Discount
Based on the category assigned, you’ll receive a custom discount of up to 40% on your new VITO unit.
Upgrade & Save
Apply your discount to your preferred model and enjoy the latest features including enhanced performance and VITOconnect compatibility.
⏱️ Timeline:
Inspection & feedback may take 1–3 business days after drop-off.
Terms & Conditions:
- Trade-in is available only for original VITO machines.
- Units must be physically delivered to our UAE office for inspection.
- Discounts are non-transferable and valid for 30 days from the day of offer.
- VITO Middle East reserves the right to decline trade-in offers based on inspection outcomes.
- Machines once submitted for trade-in cannot be returned.
- This offer is available within the UAE only.
